Tim McHugh is a writer, folk-rock musician, teacher, and activist who founded the '90's Bellingham band, Tim McHugh and the Lost Poets. A lifelong supporter of environmentalism and indigenous rights, he has shared bills with Bonnie Raitt, John Trudell, Kris Kristofferson, and Sarah McLaughlin. He also collaborated with Roy Export SAS to license Charles Spencer Chaplin's speech from The Great Dictator for use in his song, A Day Will Come. Tim's new release, Love Songs for the Apocalypse, is due out in the summer of '26. Currently, Tim resides in Whatcom County with his wife and family.
