A CiderHead is a person who loves hard cider – a lot.  We believe there are two types of people: (1) those who are ciderheads, and (2) those who will be ciderheads.  If you are in the latter group, it's time to taste our CiderHead and get on with things.

We make all of our ciders using only fresh fruit.  We do not add sugar.  We do not use concentrate.  Just real craft cider made from fresh apples.  Naturally gluten free.

Our dry CiderHead is crisp and refreshing.  Unlike most of the ciders out there, it's bone dry, but because we carefully select fruit with an acid profile it retains a tart, apple note. 5.5% ABV, it pairs perfectly with chicken, fish and pasta.

Our Semi-Sweet CiderHead has a "smooch" of sweetness that comes from the fresh local cider that we add at the end of the fermentation.  It's a session cider - only 4% ABV - that's perfectly quaffable and delicious.  Full-bodied, with a strong apple note.  More acidic than most semi-sweet ciders.

The Bellingham Extra CiderHead is a small-bath run of hard cider made from exclusively from apples that people donated or that we picked from apple trees in and around Bellingham.  The local-er cider.  Made from dozens of different varieties -- including wild apples -- it's an expression of the soil, topography and climate circa 2015.  We are donating 20% of the proceeds from the sale of Bellingham Extra to the Bellingham Public Schools Foundation.  Drink local cider and support local schools!

Mom's Apple Pie is our newest CiderHead.  We add cinnamon and other spices to our Semi-Sweet CiderHead to create a cider unlike any other.  Not as filling as your mom's apple pie but just as delicious.

In addition to our straight apple ciders, we blend our ciders with out meads to create strong ciders/sparkling meads that resemble Proseccos and Champagnes.  Our Rhubarb CiderHead (Rhubarb Mead blended with hard apple cider) won a gold medal at the 2015 Pacific Northwest Cider Awards.  Our Raspberry CiderHead (Raspberry Mead blended with hard apple cider) won a silver medal at the 2015 Pacific Northwest Cider Awards.  8.3% ABV.  Lively, festive, refreshing.
